How To Set Up Your Sage Intacct Sender ID


This guide will walk you through the process of setting up your Sage Intacct sender ID for the 

Sage Intacct to Data Vault integration using the Roghnu Data Portal. You will be able to manage all your Web Services credentials in one place. Follow these steps to add, edit, or remove Web Services as needed. For any questions or issues, contact support@roghnu.comStep 1: Confirm and locate your Sender ID and Password

Step 2: Log Into The Data Portal

  1. Open Your Browser: Navigate to apps.roghnu.com.
  2. Login: Enter your login credentials for the Roghnu Data Portal and access your account.

Step 3: Navigate to the Intacct Setup

  1. Access the Menu: On the left-hand menu of the Data Portal, locate the Sage Intacct Header.
  2. Open Intacct Setup: Click on the "Intacct Setup" option.SenderID 1
Note: You must be the OKTA Administrator for your company to update the Sender ID.
Note: Your menu options may vary depending on your integrations and access level.

Step 4: Configure the Application

3. Enter Your Sender ID Credentials

A. Enter Your Sender ID:
    • In Sage Intacct, navigate to: Company  Setup Tab  Configuration - Company  Security Tab  Web Services Authorizations Section.
    • Find and copy your Sender ID.
B. Enter Your Sender Password:
    • The Sender Password would have been emailed to you at the time you purchased your Developer License.
    • If you do not have your Sender Password: Create a support ticket with your Sage Intacct VAR or Sage Intacct directly.
C. Enter Your Company ID:
    • In Sage Intacct, navigate to: Company  Setup Tab  Configuration - Company  General Information Tab  Company Information Section.
    • Find and copy your Company ID.

D. Click Save when Done

Step 5: Test the Connection

  1. Click the Test icon to the right of the configuration that you just created

    2. Confirm that you receive a "Connection successful" message in the bottom right corner

  1. Test your Sender ID
    • Click the Test button to insure you entered your credentials correctly.

Step 6: Roghnu Will Enter the Web Services User

     This is found in the "Relationships" icon

Note: Roghnu will automatically enter the Web Services User for you. No actions are needed from you in this section.

  • Double-Check Entries: Ensure all entered credentials are correct to avoid synchronization issues.
  • Keep Your Credentials Secure: Handle your Sender Password and other sensitive information with care.

    1. Confirm you have a Intacct Web Services - Developer License
      • If you are unsure you can look at your latest invoice from either Sage or your VAR to see if that sku is on the order, or you can reach out to your Account Rep to determine if you have this SKU.
      • If you do not have the password, please open a ticket with either your VAR or Sage in order to request a password reset.  Keep in mind that a password reset will impact any and all integrations that exist.
