Enable Auditing of Subledger Transactions
Because you have the ability to delete subledger transactions in Sage Intacct, enabling this setting ensures that all deleted subledger transactions are fully recorded in the General Ledger audit trail. This is useful for certain types of API functions.
This option lets you track changes to transactions posted from subledgers. When a transaction has changed, the audit trail reflects the change.
When using the API to get audit trail information, you can also see if transactions have been deleted.
How to find it:
Go to Applications menu > General Ledger > Setup tab > Configuration
Scroll down to “Subledger transactions posted to GL” (end of first section) and select the checkbox to "Enable auditing of transactions posted from subledgers.
