Below includes our commonly asked questions and the corresponding answer for the Sage Intacct to Data Vault integration.
How often does a refresh take place?
Nightly.
Is the refresh on a schedule?
Yes, the processing is scheduled and maintained by Roghnu. In general processes are scheduled nightly around 2:00 a.m. but can vary.
How long does the refresh process take?
Process time depends largely on the quantity of rows by the client. Some processes can take seconds and other 15 minutes up to an hour.
What is considered the last refresh?

What is a full refresh?
A full refresh includes master tables (customer, vendor, etc.) and the current plus last two periods for the GLACCOUNTBALANCES and GLDETAIL. Depending on the tables you begin to use we can expand our full refresh cycle. Other transaction tables are incremental adds.
How do we know if a refresh processed?
Using the https://apps.roghnu.com Data Portal, our clients can log in and view reports / dashboards related to data processing. Roghnu further monitors the processing as part of our service to help ensure integrations are working as expected.
Can I refresh the data more frequently?
Yes, using our manual refresh functionality a user can update the Data Vault themselves, anytime. This is great when it is month end and manual journal entries have been posted and a client wants to refresh their data for reporting out the Data Vault. We can, based on customer specific requirements, schedule more frequent refreshes. This is simply a higher level of service and will result in more API calls with Sage Intacct.
How can I look up my current Sage Intacct API call activity?
(1) At your top level navigate to: “Company” and then select the “Admin” tab and then the “Usage insights” link under Usage metrics.
(2) Then go to the “API Usage” tab. Select a single prior Month and it should refresh to show how many Transactions are being run by application.
