SAGE INTACCT TO DATA VAULT SUBSCRIPTION

Below includes our commonly asked questions and the corresponding answer for the Sage Intacct to Data Vault integration.

Does the integration work with Web Services, Platform Services, Data Delivery Service or all three?

The Sage Intacct to Data Vault subscription works with Web Services and the Sage Intacct APIs. We can pull standard API data sets and custom application data developed by Platform Services. For example, Roghnu has our own CRM developed in Sage Intacct and all custom objects are included in our Data Vault.

Is it a one-way or bi-directional sync?

By default, the Sage Intacct to Data Vault is a unidirectional integration. We can support integrations back to Sage Intacct based on the client’s use case and need. We commonly write back to Sage Intacct for our customers.

What modules are included / can be accessed?

Our integration is based on the available API’s and Sage Intacct reports that we are granted access to and are available from Sage Intacct. We can pull any and all data that is made available by Sage Intacct. Essentially, all modules are available. External applications may have data that is available through Sage Intacct but access depends on the each market place partners implementation of their solution. Some products may provide access to extract data and others do not. Roghnu cannot guarantee third party product access to extract data without looking into their applications and potentially talking with the software publisher.

Which dimensions are built into the API sync?

All dimensions that are setup in Sage Intacct for the client’s install are included. We do not limit data processed from Sage Intacct due to system constraints. We may limit data extracted based on its need or value for the customer. This is a decision made by the customer working with Roghnu to determine the best solution is delivered.

Are custom fields processed?

Yes, custom fields are processed to the Data Vault.

Do user defined dimensions work?

Yes, user defined dimensions are included in the Sage Intacct API’s and flow from Sage Intacct to the clients Data Vault.

Is client data comingled or shared with other clients?

No. Each client has their own SQL Server database.

Where is my data stored?

All data is stored in the United States at a Lightedge data center in Iowa.
