- Obtain User ID and Password from Roghnu
- Download FortiClient VPN

- Validate your VPN Connection Success
Step 1: Obtain Access Credentials
- Your Roghnu access credentials are provided through a secure encrypted email.
- You will receive an email from noreply@okta.com asking you to activate your OKTA account and create a password. Do not share your USER ID or Password.
- You will use this username and password to sign into the FortiClient VPN as well as the Roghnu Data Portal.
Passwords may NOT be longer than 16 characters.
The system will allow you to create a password longer than 16 characters but the VPN will not process the entire password and cause it to fail the log in process.
Step 2: Download FortiClient VPN
- Using your web browser, preferably chrome, use the following link to download the FortiClient for your computer’s operating system. Follow the install instructions as defined by FortiClient.
- Use this link to access to download software: https://www.fortinet.com/support/product-downloads
- Scroll down to where it says FortiClient VPN-only.
- Please install the VPN that matches your computer’s operating system.
Step 3: Configure FortiClient Console
Step 1: Click the 3 horizontal lines for configuration.
Step 2: Click the “Add a new connection” line.
Step 3: Setup the VPN Connection as shown below. Use your email address as the Username.
Step 4: Enter your Username and Password and click Connect.
Step 5: Server Certificate Warning Should Appear – It is important to click YES.
Step 6: Click Yes to proceed
Step 7: It will prompt you for MFA
Step 8: Go to your tool. In this instance it is email to your MFA code.
Step 9: Enter Code: 279586 (example) and then OK
Step 10: It connects.
Step 11: Verify you are connected. A Successful connection will look like the sample below.
